Hosted by the Arrell Food Institute, this two-day sustainability-focused hackathon brought together researchers, students, and industry leaders at the University of Manitoba. Nuna Events coordinated every detail - from eco-conscious décor and plantable signage to shuttle logistics and waste-free catering - ensuring a seamless, sustainable experience. The event achieved a 94 % waste reduction and 75 % CO₂e savings compared to the Canadian event average, setting a new standard for environmentally responsible corporate gatherings.
